Amber at @bamphotography strikes again! She took (and edited) some really amazing pictures despite poor lighting! We ended up getting our pictures done at sunset and some even after dark, due to everything taking longer than we wanted it to!
Cosplay shoots sure take a LOT OF WORK! Just look at all that makeup! Oh, and don't get me started on Alex's Joker tattoos.... Those were a nightmare! They took for fucking ever! I used permanent marker for his and my tattoos, but they smudged and faded so quickly that when my brother dressed up as Mr. J, we used black Henna instead!
Urban Decay's Electric palette is what I used for my eyeshadow, along with their Naked Smokey palette for the dark "eyeliner" on my eyes and the contouring/eyeshadow on Alex. I got all of our costume jewelry, acessories and clothes either from Amazon or thrift stores. I made Joker's cane myself out of 2 pieces of wood, and I painted that along with an old metal bat using acrylics for our props! :)
We took our pictures at various locations in South Salt Lake City, Utah. Next cosplay shoot I do, I'm gonna make sure is in broad daylight!!!
